EMILEE WOODS, PE
Emilee Woods, PE has managed and delivered designs for transportation projects with construction values of more than $800 million. She has served as Engineer of Record on a diverse mix of projects including bridge replacements, passing lanes, corridor improvements, and interchange modifications.
Woods is active in the engineering community, serving on multiple ACEC Georgia Partnership for Transportation Quality (GPTQ) Subcommittees, has been named as one of the Most Influential Women in Georgia Engineering by Engineering Georgia magazine for multiple consecutive years, and was a member of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) Industry Leaders Development Program.
She holds degrees from both the Georgia Institute of Technology and Auburn University and is a registered Professional Engineer and GSWCC Level II Design Professional.

AHMET URGEN, PE
Ahmet Urgen, PE has more than 30
years of engineering experience, including a broad portfolio of both
international and domestic infrastructure improvement projects. His expertise
spans traditional and alternative delivery methods and a multitude of clients,
with a track record of implementing innovative design solutions and effective
project management strategies.
A recognized industry leader and
award-winning Engineering Manager, Urgen is known for his hands-on approach and
commitment to excellence and quality. His leadership has driven the success of
complex infrastructure projects across multiple countries.
Urgen is a registered
Professional Engineer in Georgia.
